Post-Awlaki Conference Call: What's Next for US and al Qaeda (AQAP)?

In a conference call briefing on Monday, October 3 at 10 AM ET, Frederick (Fred) Kagan, who directs AEI's Critical Threats Project (CTP) and Katherine Zimmerman, CTP’s Yemen Analyst, will discuss the impact of Awlaki's death on US security, and on al Qaeda's future. Also addressed will be the latest in Yemen and why it matters to the US. AEI's vice president for foreign and defense policy studies Danielle Pletka will moderate. A Q&A period will follow the presentations.
