About This Event

In the homestretch of the election and amidst a devastating financial crisis, Americans have refocused their attention on the candidates’ positions on the economy and the rescue of Wall Street. With Barack Obama ahead in the polls, can John McCain gain the momentum necessary to win in November? What is happening in key Senate and House contests? Join AEI’s Election Watch team for the latest on national and state polls, the impact of the financial crisis, and a look at what lies ahead in the final weeks of the campaign.
