After the completion of the 2000 presidential race, Americans were left with many questions concerning the Electoral College. How are disputed presidential elections resolved? Yale Law School professor Akhil Reed Amar will join the book’s past and present editors, AEI’s Walter Berns and John C. Fortier, in debating the merits of the Electoral College.
