One of the major challenges facing our next president will be the Social Security program. In this tax policy seminar, held at the Rayburn House Office Building on Capitol Hill, Stanford dean and economics professor John Shoven will discuss the nature of the Social Security problem, the parameters of possible solutions, the manner in which the new president’s plan could be made to work, and finally, his own plan.
