The HIV/AIDS epidemic continues to ravage much of Africa and threatens to do the same elsewhere. Last year, President George W. Bush pledged $15 billion in aid to combat HIV/AIDS, tripling the U.S. commitment to fighting the epidemic. One year later, what is the status of the U.S. commitment? Where do we go from here?
