Should the United States Aid the Former Soviet Union?

On April 13, 1992, a panel of six AEI experts on international politics and economics de- bated the purpose and extent of U. S. aid to the former Soviet Union. The group, moderated by AEI President Christopher C. DeMuth, included Jeane J. Kirkpatrick, Allan H. Meltzer, Nicholas N. Eberstadt, Joshua Muravchik, and Leon Aron.
