Thomas Miller: Supreme Court Health Care Discussion, Part I

 

On the last day of the Court's hearings on the Affordable Care Act, the Reserve Officers Association hosted a panel of legal experts to frame the issue, break down the arguments, and offer instant reaction to the positions of each Justice. The panel also speculated on the upcoming process before the court as they arrive at their decision in June. Thomas Miller, Resident Fellow at AEI, and Robert Alt, Senior Legal Fellow at the Heritage Foundation, contributed.
