AEI's Miller on the Constitutionality of the Affordable Health Care Act

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE February 1, 2011

American Enterprise Institute (AEI) health care economist and lawyer Thomas P. Miller is available to comment on the Monday, January 31 decision of a Florida federal judge to declare a key portion of the Affordable Care Act unconstitutional. Miller is also available to discuss the Senate Judiciary Committee's hearing on the law's constitutionality which is scheduled for Wednesday, February 2, 2011.

Miller is a former senior health economist for the Joint Economic Committee (JEC), and the coauthor of the forthcoming book, Why Obamacare is Wrong for America: What's In The New Health Care Law, How It Will Affect you, and How We Can Take Back Control (HarperCollins, 2011).
