As a candidate, Barack Obama pledged to be the most transparent president ever, but even his supporters say he hasn’t lived up to that promise. Despite the fact that the president has touted the so-called “Yemen model” as a paradigm for the battle against ISIS, the actual model in Yemen has collapsed. And no one in Washington seems to care.
