  • Thomas Donnelly, AEI resident fellow
    • A former policy director and professional staff member for the U.S. House of Representatives’ Committee on National Security (now the Committee on Armed Services), Donnelly is the author of AEI’s National Security Outlook, and of The Military We Need: The Defense Requirements of the Bush Doctrine (AEI Press, 2005).
