At press time in late June, the Supreme Court is getting ready to wrap up its 2005-2006 Term. Conveniently, however, most of the major business-related cases have been handed down. Here are the most important business-related decisions.

Section 2(a) of the Clayton Act, as amended by Robinson-Patman, prohibits manufacturers from engaging in price discrimination among retailers with respect to the same commodity in cases where such discrimination would lessen competition or establish a monopoly. . . .
