NAI hosted a conference entitled "Is Euro-Atlantic Integration Still on Track? Opportunities and Obstacles," from April 28 to 30, 2000 in the capital of the Slovak Republic. Participants included Viktor Orbán, prime minister, Republic of Hungary, Mikulás Dzurinda, prime minister, Slovak Republic, and Richard Perle, former U.S. assistant secretary of defense.
