Former AEI research fellow Vance Serchuk studied international organizations (including the UN and World Bank), and the overlap between strategic studies (U.S. defense policy, the American military, the global war on terrorism) and economic development policy, particularly post-conflict reconstruction in Afghanistan and Iraq.
