Visiting Scholar

AEI visiting scholar N. Gregory Mankiw was chairman of President Bush’s Council of Economic Advisers from 2003 to 2005, and is presently the Robert M. Beren Professor of Economics at Harvard University. Among his many publications, Mankiw has written two popular textbooks on economic fundamentals, which have sold over a million copies and have been translated into seventeen languages. His work at AEI will focus on fiscal policy, entitlements, international economic policy, and trade.
